  • New Build’s & Remodel Projects that have both Construction & Furniture and Accessories as a full package.


RENOVATION MANAGEMENT

  • Renovation Projects that desire a hands-on leader to assist with the overall coordination of Interior Specifications as it pertains to

    • Overall Design

    • Fixture and Equipment selection (cabinetry, plumbing, lighting)

    • and Finish Selection (tile, stone, countertop, paint, wall covering)

  • This can include Kitchen & Bathrooms or Full Gut Reno Projects

  • Does Not Include Furniture Procurement & Decoration

FURNITURE & ACCESSORY SPECIFICATIONS

  • Projects that only need designer help with New Furniture Selection, Art, Accessories & Decor, and Reupholstering

  • Does not include any construction.


VIRTUAL DESIGN & CONSULTATIONS

In the age of the internet, we love that people have access to the world at their fingertips.

For some this means that you are fully capable of handling a renovation project, but maybe need some professional advice when your stuck. For this we have added Virtual Design options.

We offer Flat Fee Rates based on Project Scope & One Hour Consultations.

Our first step in the design process is understanding who you are and what your goals are for your design project.

Our standard design process follows:

  • Conceptual Design (Mood Boards & Inspiration Research to identify your style and aesthetic wants)

  • Design Development - Overall Space Planning in 2D & 3D visualizations and revisions

  • Construction Documentation - 2D Construction Set with Dimensions & Material Labeling for building & manufacturing

  • Project Administration - Communication with Vendors with oversight and Procurement of materials & selections based on the scope of work within the project.

  • Completion Walkthrough & Photoshoot


As a growing small business, we approach all clientele with the utmost respect for privacy and work hard at providing original creativity to each and every project.

We are no strangers to private estates & NDA’s. While we aim to photograph & blog about each project during construction & at completion, not all photos & design specifications are subject to release on the internet and are based on personal client preferences on what we will or will not share as content.
